بررسی دیدگاه بیماران بستری نسبت به حفظ حریم خصوصی در بیمارستان آموزشی در شهر زابل

چکیده
مقدمه: حفظ حریم خصوصی، یکی از حقوق بنیادین هر انسان است. از پرستاران انتظار می‌رود که حریم خصوصی بیماران را در طول ارائه‌ی مراقبت‌های پرستاری رعایت کنند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی دیدگاه بیماران بستری نسبت به حفظ حریم خصوصی طی مراقبت‌های پرستاری در بیمارستانی آموزشی در شهر زابل انجام شد.
شیوه‌ی مطالعه: ااین پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی است که در سال 1397 بر روی 322 نفر از بیماران بستری در یکی از بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر زابل انجام شد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه‌ی 19 و با به کارگیری آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: از دیدگاه بیماران، میزان رعایت قلمرو انسانی و فضای شخصی در حد عالی بود. کم‌ترین میزان رعایت، در ابعاد قلمرو انسانی و حریم شخصی از دیدگاه بیماران مربوط به انجام مراقبت توسط پرستار هم جنس در اتاق عمل، توضیح به بیماران قبل از انجام روش‌های مراقبتی و حفظ پوشش بیماران در حد امکان بود. میانگین فضای شخصی بیماران زن بیشتر از مرد بود. با این وجود این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (0/82 = p value).
نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت رعایت حریم خصوصی بیماران در بیمارستان مورد مطالعه در حد مطلوب بوده است. با این وجود، بکارگیری اقدامات لازم به منظور بهتر شدن این امر ضروری است.
